Monique Weston

Owner

Monique, originally from Canada, made Texas her home in 1988. Since stepping into an administrative and managerial role in 2019, she has been the driving force behind the daily operations of Weston Corporate Services. Her leadership ensures the smooth running of the business while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Monique is deeply committed to enriching the lives of her team, supporting their growth and success, while also cherishing her role as a devoted wife and mother to her family.

Isabella Weston

Vice President

Isabella has worked in a number of roles over the last 7 years in Rio Plaza Parking, Rio Plaza Events, Ritas on the River, Justins Ice Cream, Mercado Ritas, and more. Her experience includes administrative tasks as well as extensive retail and hospitality experience. She brings her passion to create memorable experiences for guests to the team and helps to grow and foster the “Rita’s Family” spirit.

Holly Smith

Accounting Manager

Holly handles all the accounting functions for Weston Corporate Services.

She grew up in rural Illinois and graduated from Truman State University. She was a campus minister at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a homeschool mom before beginning her career in bookkeeping. She and her husband Justin have four children and have lived in San Antonio since 2016. She loves spreadsheets and is hoping next year is the year for her beloved Cornhuskers football team.

Parker Ambrose

Operations Manager

Parker Ambrose serves as Operations Manager at Weston Corporate Services, overseeing day-to-day business operations, team performance, and strategic initiatives across the company’s hospitality and events portfolio. A graduate of Tulane University with a degree in Marketing, Parker combines analytical thinking with hands-on leadership to support organizational growth and operational excellence. A San Antonio native and lifelong fan of the San Antonio Spurs, he is passionate about contributing to the continued success of businesses that showcase the city’s unique culture and hospitality.

Victor Godines

Head of Maintenance

Victor Godines has been a cornerstone of 245 E Commerce St. since the building's debut as Planet Hollywood in 1996. With nearly three decades of experience maintaining this iconic location, Victor ensures the seamless operation of all Weston Corporate Services businesses. His dedication and expertise make him an invaluable part of the team, keeping the property running smoothly and efficiently.

Amanda Sarate

Event Sales Manager

Amanda Sarate is the Event Sales Manager for Weston Corporate Services, where she leads event sales and client relations for the company's downtown venue and private events. A graduate of Texas A&M University–San Antonio with a degree in Public Relations, Amanda combines her background in corporate hotels, restaurants, and hospitality sales with a strategic, client-focused approach to event planning. She is passionate about cultivating lasting relationships, developing creative event concepts, and delivering exceptional experiences from the first inquiry through the final toast. Her expertise in sales, communication, and hospitality allows her to help clients bring everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale corporate events to life with confidence and attention to detail.

Anthony Lozoya

Special Projects

Anthony is a results-driven Special Projects Manager with a background in hospitality, sales, marketing, and experiential tourism. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio and specializes in developing bookable culinary and cultural experiences that showcase the best of San Antonio while driving guest engagement and business growth. Skilled in project management, partnership development, and content creation, he enjoys turning creative ideas into successful, marketable experiences that leave a lasting impression. He also oversees our on-site hydroponics farm!
